Back in 2007, Peter, Sune and I started the group Body Rhythm Factory.
From 2008 to 2012, vi toured around and played hundreds of school and family concerts across Denmark, Norway, Sweden, Germany, Belgium, and France.
In January 2011, we did a full week at Theatre Zebu in Copenhagen, and decided it was a perfect opportunity to film the show.

We produced the concert video ourselves, and it was only possible thanks to some funding, and because our photographers, sound crew, and editor gave us very friendly prices.

The concert video turned out to be a real career game changer. In 2013, it led to us being awarded “Best Concert Production in the World for Young Audiences” at an event in Brussels. The YAM Award is given by the producer network JMI, which organizes more than 35,000 concerts for young audiences worldwide every year.

For me, the Theatre Zebu concerts and the video production also represent the end of the first intense Body Rhythm Factory era.
It’s a documentation of the very first show we created, and the show we performed for thousands of kids across Denmark and abroad.
